Playing Football - Tips for Training Women To Play

There are many women who love sports and may be interested in how to play football as well.  This can be a very demanding sport as well so you best be in shape for it.

Listed below are some great short drills for your football team:

1.  Learn to protect the ball by having the players work with each other and do drills that allow them to.
2.  Try a short eight minute drill that is designed to provide constant movement for the players and can aid the players in goal keeping, crossing and communicating with each other.
3.  Having control of the ball is very important to football, so separate the players into two teams in two single file lines.  Serve the ball in the air, and have the players try to catch it.

The above list contains just a few ways to aid your team to become the best players they can be, but when used on a regular basis, they can really allow an average team to become a winning team.  The main thing to remember is practice, practice, practice.  This is the best way for any team to improve.
